Through effective logistics management, we successfully broadcasted the event to five major television channels globally, expanding its reach and impact.

    As a Television Producer at the IAAF event, my key responsibility was managing the OB Vans. I liaised between the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the feed management teams, ensuring smooth coordination of broadcast operations and content delivery.

    During the FIFA World Cup 2016 in Rio, I worked directly with FIFA Broadcast Services at the iconic MaracanĂ£ Stadium. My primary responsibility was overseeing the positioning of the Flash Zone, ensuring it met the media requirements for television broadcasting throughout the tournament.

    At UEFA Euro 2016 in Paris, I oversaw the development and delivery of an onsite studio hub for live interviews and shows, streamed directly to a Russian channel and globally. As Executive Producer, I navigated the challenges of content delivery and the pressures of managing continual changes in the multilateral running order, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

    Working directly with the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), I managed relationships with all broadcasting channels and entities. My key responsibilities included developing and maintaining global relationships with stakeholders to support FIFA branding and vision. I conducted continuous audits of broadcasting standards, engaging with global entities and quickly learning how different companies respond to diverse challenges.
