My Olympic journey began in 2008 as a Streaming and Broadcasting Coordinator for Russian TV Channel “Sport”. I was responsible for leading onsite services, including team logistics, transmission scheduling, and ensuring personal wellbeing for the crew. Working in Beijing, China, this role exposed me to new cultures and taught me how to adapt to diverse environments. It was an invaluable experience that allowed me to contribute to a global, world-class event, gaining insight into the complexities and responsibilities of managing high-level event operations.
2010 Winter Olympics, Vancouver, Canada
The Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics allowed me to fulfill a childhood dream of witnessing the Russian Team perform in figure skating. As a Television Producer for Russian TV Channel “Sport”, I faced the challenge of coordinating presenters and material packages across time zones. My role involved collaborating with the Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) to produce content for Russian viewership, marking an exciting and rewarding new experience in broadcast coordination.
2012 Summer Olympics, London, UK
During the 2012 London Olympics, I served as a Senior Television Producer, taking on greater responsibility in managing teams and overseeing project management for event deliverables. My role involved forecasting resource needs, conducting onsite visits, and coordinating infrastructure setup to ensure smooth delivery. This experience deepened my understanding of the planning and execution dynamics required to deliver a world-class event.
2016 Summer Olympics, Rio, Brazil
The Brazilian Olympics was a career highlight, where I worked as Senior TV Producer for the Russian Television Channel. My key responsibilities included negotiating cross-border agreements, orchestrating license contracts, and overseeing production schedules. Managing a team of over 150 individuals and their deliverables presented challenges, but I successfully navigated them through clear communication and structured guidelines, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
