The project helped me to understand concepts associated with crowd and queue management. Moreover, I've got a tremendous amount of in leading teams on the ground and making decisions immediately in emergency situations. The collaboration of multiple and devise cultures across 25 different ethnic backgrounds allowed for a truly diverse experience. I was honored to become Site Control "STAR" in February 2022 for the best training & briefing provided to the new team members.
