Media Manager at Pike Media Lab

I came to Pike in 2018 right after the World Cup was finished. The company was a brunch of State TV services providers and I was in charge of content purchasing. I worked in the international market of TV content providers to acquire rights for TV shows and movies broadcasted on Russian TV channels. I had created a highly committed and aligned team who could influence the project's outcomes. Furthermore, I succeeded in reducing expenditures by effectively negotiating vendor and service contracts to drive savings.

Project Coordinator at Neumann & Mueller

I joined N&M in 2019 to work on an EXPO project. The company was an EXPO subcontractor providing AV & Lighting equipment to the biggest pavilions within the event. I worked with project managers and engineers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various elements of the project. I managed on-site evaluations and internal audits. Moreover, supervised and controlled the execution of all business and administrative functions. In this role, I learned techniques to deliver the final product using international standards.
