As Project Manager, I led the creation and execution of the first-ever acrylic dome activation for QNB Group, official supporters of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. This innovative structure, crafted from precisely cut acrylic and supported by over 2,000 pounds of steel, quickly became a standout feature of the event.
Key responsibilities included:

Overseeing the end-to-end planning and onsite operations, ensuring smooth execution from concept to live activation.
Managing the design, construction, and delivery of the acrylic dome, ensuring all technical aspects aligned with event specifications and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinating with suppliers and QNB stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to timelines and agreements.
Incorporating interactive elements, such as a 360-degree photo booth and an interactive buzzer game, which provided participants with the opportunity to win tickets to World Cup matches.
Supervising the activation’s tour across Qatar, contributing to the excitement and celebrations throughout the World Cup season.

As Project Manager at Inspire Events, I was responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the Diriyah Horizons (DGDA) Summer Camp, a six-week immersive leadership and skills development program for youth aged 10-17. Set in the historically rich site of Diriyah, the camp blended educational activities with hands-on workshops to foster personal growth, social responsibility, and cultural awareness.

As Project Manager for COP28, I played a pivotal role in supporting the Executive and Lead Producer with all pre-sessional planning and seamless event delivery. I took full ownership of the Mobility Zone at EXPO City, overseeing the management of all meeting rooms—ensuring every detail was meticulously coordinated, from kit awareness to staffing schedules.
